You may think that to get rid of OCD you have to stop yourself from doing the patterns. Discipline. But OCD just preys on discipline, often turning it around against you. 

Self judgment and guilt feed the OCD, so wouldn't it make sense to stop those? If you stop those, you don't have to put effort into stopping the patterns. They stop on their own. I'll tell you how in this podcast.

Trust and anxiety are opposites. If you have problems trusting you are going to have problems with anxiety. To stop your anxiety, you don't have to worry about trusting the world, you only have to worry about trusting yourself. 

How do you trust yourself? Do this exercise every night.

Worrying means we love. But it's not really helping us or the person we are worried about. It brings us both down. What if you love people up to you instead of worrying down to them? This can save lives, including yours. 

Love is very powerful. People just need you to be with them and understand. Sometimes worry gets in the way of being with people, it's too much and you may hold back. This makes everything worse. Loving people up to you, helps everyone.

Do you want to raise your daughter to have a good body image? We all know what it's like growing up in this culture that privileges thin, beautiful and fit bodies. We see our young daughters growing up and they're just carefree and don't think about it yet. They then get to a certain age when they start to be influenced by their culture. Here are four things that you can do to help your daughter have a good body image. 

One, you should lead by example. You have to pull yourself together and love your own self and body so that your daughter can learn from you. The second is to enjoy active movements together, such as dancing, taking walks or playing active games. We want your daughter to have a relationship with her body that's full of trust and strength.

Thirdly, compliment all of her so that she'll get to know herself and know that beauty is not the only way to be. And fourthly, discuss the beauty discourses in our culture with her and let her understand that this is not necessarily what you or she has to value. Try these things so you and she could let what you want to be shine through.
