Are you feeling needy? Good! You are normal! Stop beating yourself up about it, it just makes it worse. Shame makes us more needy in a bad way. Totally counter- productive. Never make excuses for being needy. You are human. Ask for what you want and give just as much. You are not bothering anyone! However, if you FEEL needy and feel ashamed about it. You are exponentially increasing your neediness and might be pushing people away. If people love you, it chokes them when you feel unworthy of them. That is much more a strain than your interdependence!
